Deal Alert! 3 Month Supply Of 800mg Pure Green Coffee Bean Caps ONLY $46.50 ($179 value)
OK so if you know me, I only post 'deals' that I have actually purchased
because they truly are a great deal. I have not received any compensation for any site or
product mentioned in this post.
Kgbdeals has an awesome deal today on a 3 Month Supply of 800mg Pure Green Coffee Bean Capsules
Why is this a great deal you ask?
Well for the past week, my husband & I have been taking Green Coffee Bean Capsules & have both
lost 4 lbs each & that's with taking 2-3 200mg caps twice a day!
My husband told me about this product 3-4 weeks ago because he came across a study that showed
all the people (in a small study) lost weight & had no side effects while taking this product.
2 months after having baby #4 I was diagnosed with 2 thoracic herniated discs(which was the
cause of my recent pain & limited range of motion) since then I have developed a 3rd herniated disc(cervical). Over the past year I have not gotten much relief from these discs & have tried any & all options I have come across(except surgery)-I am hoping to heal them or at least strengthen my back so that I can live with them without so much pain.
The reason that I am disclosing this, is that after having baby #3 & #4 15 months apart, and 2 months postpartum developing my herniated discs, I have held onto an additional 40 lbs that I can't lose by exercise just yet. By taking the green coffee bean capsules, I was hoping to jump start my
weight loss so that I can get started on a workout plan that is safe for my back without aggravating it.
Since my husband & I have started the green coffee bean extract, we have not had any negative side effects. I notice that I eat less at meals & get fuller faster. It is a great product thus far & will keep you posted on our progress.
Anyways kgbdeals has this deal for the 800mg capsule(while trying to find it locally, one of the vitamin stores told me Dr Oz had mentioned this product & that is why they are always sold out), all I could find around Alpharetta was 200mg, which means a bottle of 60 only lasts a week between 2 people. The 800mg, 60 count bottle will last 1 person, 1 month. With this deal, you get 3 bottles of 60. I am not a Doctor, & this may not be the answer for everyone, but it is a great start for me & wanted to share this deal with you, since
I have seen results.
I hope this works for you too-hurry & order them HERE before they run out!
Oh and it gets better,
I also found (& used)the discount code KGBRADSMY10 at checkout-it gives you $10 credit in your kgb account. Enjoy
Much love
~Iffy~
Also if you love a fantastic & free deal-go to Mealr.net & get 2 weeks of healthy meal planning for free!

I wanted to say THANK YOU to my readers(new & old) here at Stay At Home Nation,
for any & all of you who have sent me an email, left a comment, followed me, entered or sponsored a giveaway, re-pinned something I've pinned on Pintrest, read 1 or multiple posts, tried a recipe, craft, or tip of mine, featured me, linked to me, tweeted, or helped spread the word about my blog-
Thank YOU all!
I am so fortunate to have a blog that continues to grow daily. It makes me feel the "blog love" to see the number of daily visitors from around the world who enjoy my posts.
YOU are why I continue to blog -
while it is nice to have an outlet for my creativity & thoughts,
& it is so much fun to craft & host great giveaways....
I must admit sometimes I feel a bit overwhelmed.
So Thank You also for understanding when I am late posting a link party(My Favorite Things Friday Link Party will resume tomorrow!!), or a giveaway, or a post in general.
I am trying to stay afloat with everything from the kiddos & husband, the house cleaning, Drs appointments, Birthdays & holidays, cooking, & the blog(which has to take a backseat sometimes).
So to share my Thanks to you,
I have an awesome Giveaway Finale worth over $350 this week!!
TO ENTER - (mandatory)
Follow Me Publicly through Google (gfc located on my sidebar)
(no other entries will count if you do not publicly follow as this is a Giveaway for my readers)
-then leave me a comment below letting me know you follow
(additional entries below)
1 lucky reader of Stay At Home Nation will win all of the following:
Have you ever wanted to know where your family really came from? Ancestry.com is THE place to begin your search. I was able to locate all the information(in a matter of a few months) that it took my brother to research through libraries & records over the course of a year, plus I even found more!
It really is neat to look through the actual records of past family members to see when & where they came from. I saw my great grandfather's military records & while I had some of the information, it was interesting to input it & see the matches that ancestry.com pulls up. It helps to fill in the gaps when you do not know all the details, plus it puts it all in one place. There is SO much information documented in their records from birth & death records, military, census reports, and so many more resources to help you put the puzzle pieces together of your family's past.
Ancestry.com is giving away an Annual Deluxe Membership Package valued at $299.40
There are so many features & resources to this membership package-you are going to LOVE it!
And right now you can get a 14 day trial for free- go Here for more details
And 1 Chic Sac from Isn't This Clever ~ valued at $7.99
I have used mine a bunch, from using it to hold my stuff(wallet, snack & cups for my little ones, keys, pretty much a catch all on the go =D), I have used it for a quick run to the grocery store (it holds a lot), I have even taken it to the beach & was fantastic as it held everything I needed & is very durable! I toss it in the wash & it's like new. While it does come with a convenient loop that you can hook your keys to, mine came undone, which is not a big deal because it also has a shallow pocket which I actually like better. You can even fold it back up in the pouch it comes in so you can keep it handy in your purse or in the car because it is a very useful bag!
Use discount code THNX5 to receive $5 off any order on their site Here(they have a ton of neat items!)
(You can check out my review for another item from them for the Cushy Closer Here)
PediSox are a different kind of sock....while their main purpose is to keep pedicures fresh while keeping your feet moisturized, they are so comfortable! I don't like socks that are loose or where you can feel the piling on the inside, or when fuzz gets between your toes. PediSox don't do any of that! They are snug and feel great! You can get thinner ones for the summer or thicker to keep your feet warmer in cooler months all while keeping your toes pretty =D
PediSox is giving away a pair of these adorable Ultra PediSox valued at $10
Along with the PediSox, I will be sending out a surprise package of assorted items to the winner,
because everyone loves a surprise =D
Total giveaway valued at over $350.00 in prizes this week
Additional entries count for 1 entry each but please leave a separate comment for each entry to count. Oh & be sure to either leave your email address so I can contact you
if you are the lucky winner!

Personal Update + Only a Few More Days to Enter $118 Giveaway & Party Hiatus
Good morning all! I just wanted to remind you that there are only a couple of days left to enter part 1 of my giveaway bash! You can enter HERE
There are a ton of ways to enter & currently, under 20 entries so stop by as your chances of winning are high!
I have decided that while my 1 year anniversary giveaway (there will be 3 parts with a winner each week)
that My Favorite Things Party will be on hiatus. It will resume again in 3 weeks & I will keep you posted.
As many of you know, I have been dealing with a lot of back/health problems. I have scheduled an epidural steroid injection & I am hopeful that it will provide some sort of relief since nothing else has. If anyone has had one of these for thoracic herniated discs, please email me or leave a comment with your experience with it. If it helped, how long, or what else you did that helped you. I am at the point where the Drs have told me, my options are the injection or surgery. Which surgery is completely out of the question for me right now, at least until the little ones are older.
Any feedback or advice with this or a similar issue is greatly appreciated!
Thank you for taking the time to check out my blog.
Much Love

My Favorite Things Friday Link Party ~ #29 Real as Real Can Be....
I feel like the older I get, the more complicated life has gotten, & rightfully so
with 6 people growing together under one roof. It's like a crock pot brewing 6 separate
flavors, each bringing their own uniqueness to the dish. Sometimes you question how well everything will
blend together in the end result, but after 8 hours on low you sit down to a dish that is definitely a keeper.
Well that's how I am feeling today. Although I am using a crock pot as a metaphor,
I am sure you probably know what I am saying. I am not the first person
to have a teenager, or a 7 year old who has perfected eye rolling & always tries to have the final word, nor
am I the first person to have 2 little ones 15 months apart with a 2 year old who, without warning, can throw the mother of all tantrums with ear piercing shrieks that would put Mariah Carey to shame.
What I am trying to say is that it's a whole other ballgame when it is all happening under one roof.
I am not complaining, and these will be some of the things that we look back on when my children are grown & married, and possibly even with kids of their own,
and laugh.
I hope there are plenty of awesome memories in there too!
SOoooooooo with that being said, I know as a parent sometimes things pop up that are out
of your control & as a result cause you delay. This can be anything from a last minute poopy diaper that
causes you to leave late for an appointment, weather, a nap that runs over, or just the
time it takes to gather everything you need for leaving the house. Even as prepared as you
try to be, sometimes things happen that cause you delay. It's OK & hopefully people understand
as long as you keep them posted.
I know today is Saturday, and I'm posting My Favorite Things "Friday" Party but as I
mentioned above, sometimes things happen that are out of your control......
(see there was a point to my rambling thoughts). Our internet was down yesterday
for no apparent reason, I mean it was beautiful outside so maybe someone knocked it out. I'm not sure but
it is back to normal now & so it's time to party!
Just link up & have fun! Welcome to my party, please play nice & visit others too!
I would appreciate it if you post my button somewhere on your blog & help spread the word
about my party =D

I hope to see you back next Friday too!

Simplify 2012 ~ Valentine's Day
I missed this week's party -sorry :/ but it gets so busy around the holidays
here in my home. Sometimes, time gets away from me.
I decided to make a Valentine's Day Coconut Cake for my sweets ~ all 5 of them!
I typically make my sweets from scratch but I had a limited amount of time so
I used boxed cake mix -GASP- I know I know but it actually tasted pretty good.
I didn't know Duncan Hines made boxed coconut cake mix so I gave it a whirl. Since
I was on a roll with the whole store bought stuff, I used a can of vanilla frosting to top it off.
Talk about keeping it simple right?
I did add coconut to the top & candles. =D Landon & Michaela must have thought it
was their birthdays again or something lol. I mean hey around here it's always
some one's birthday.
I didn't have any red colored sugar so I improvised
A few drops in a bowl of sugar, mixed with a fork worked well enough.
I sprinkled it on top
and
we had to fight off little hands that wanted to dig right in.
I think Landon liked it...
every crumb of it.
I hope everyone had a wonderful Valentine's Day!
Hey just wondering if I can get some suggestions on the quickest & most user friendly
photo editing program. Since picnik is going away soon I need to find a program
that I can edit, re size, etc photos without taking a ton of time. Just curious if any of
you had any recommendations?
Thanks in advance!
Much Love

My Favorite Things Friday Link Party ~ #28 & Getting Organized Where to Begin?
Hello all,
I was in such horrible pain with my shoulder & my back yesterday that I didn't feel like getting on
the computer, so sorry for the delay but the party is here now!
First though, I wanted to share with you a great website I stumbled upon the other day
called FlyLady. She has given me the inspiration of where to begin with getting
my house organized. If you are like me (4 kids or 1) then you know how quickly
the house can get wrecked. I have been feeling like the house is taking over here lately.
I mean between the dishes in the sink, to the overflowing clothes in the laundry room, to
the massive amount of toys that need to be put in their places.
I pick up here & there, I try to vacuum the downstairs twice a day, and start a load of clothes, help with homework, empty the dishes, & start dinner, then it's bath time, then there are clothes to fold...
I am just all over the place
& I feel like with as much as I get done each day, I feel that I can never get
caught up.
BUT
today is different, TODAY is the day I get back on track!
So let's start to Simplify 2012 together with the kitchen!
You should read the post about starting with a clean sink & why.
You just have to make it a priority & don't let it get the best of you!
Anyways I have a nice clean sink, all the counters are clean & you can see them lol,
everything is wiped down & disinfected (which makes a germ-a-phobe like me feel at ease)
& I am making an announcement tonight that all dirty dishes go straight into the dishwasher after a
quick rinse. This way the sink is always ready for when I need to prep for dinner.
I feel SO much better already & motivated to move onto the next step.
Much Love
~Iffy~
Alright so onto the par-tay this week!
I would LOVE for you to link up any Valentines Day projects
or recipes, but you can link up whatever you link
just make sure you haven't posted it here before.
(People don't like to see the same posts over & over- no offense)

*if I have a stressful week and can't find any free time to craft or post that my readers will
forgive me, after all most of you are moms and/or fellow bloggers & you understand,

My Favorite Things Friday Link Party ~ #23 Quick & Easy Gift for Any Occasion
Sorry for the delay, but it's been a pretty bad day today, 3 MRIs and a long story
but the show(or blog) must go on right?
The short version is that basically my neurologist is trying to find out why since October I have a sharp pain in my left shoulder joint every time I take a deep breath. I'm alright though, yesterday was just one of those days. Which makes it even more stressful being so close to the holidays.
I wanted to share with you a very easy, very relaxing, & very inexpensive bath salts idea that you can
whip up for a last minute gift for any occasion really.
I first made these last year as gifts to all the women in the family, as a nice little gift
of relaxation in a jar. You know after all the many hours we all
spend shopping, cooking, wrapping gifts, baking cookies,
decorating & as well as all the day to day things that still must be taken care of.
I came across this from Smashed Peas and Carrots but I altered it
of course, because that's what I do ;) I don't have the tutorial pictures since
I made these last year (before I was a blogger).
Here's what I did I grabbed a large bag of Epsom Salt on sale from
RiteAid & I ordered some essential oils from ebay in the scents I wanted.
I first put the Epsom salt into 4 bowls & mixed in several drops of the oils I wanted into each bowl.
You can adjust the strength to your liking or mix scents but remember
you cannot take away once you add, so add a little at a time.
Once you have the scents you desire you can add a little food coloring if
you like.
I used peppermint oil in 2 of my bowls & colored one with red to make pink & left the other alone,
and then I scented another bowl lavender coloring it purple & the last I added vanilla
and left that one white.
You then want to let the oils & coloring dry so you can carefully pour your
salts onto wax paper lined plates and let dry a couple of hours. Stir them around
every hour or so until they are pretty dry(timing depends on how much oil &
color you added).
While they are drying, you can make your cute jars. The blog above has a great
tutorial for this(I didn't add a spoon but did add a ribbon)
Once everything is dry, you are ready to add the salts to your jars(I used 8oz)
You can either spoon them in, or gather your waxed paper & use it as
a funnel. I alternated the colors in my peppermint jars so it resembled a candy cane =D
In my other jars I did a vanilla lavender mix, both were super yummy smelling.
You can even add a tag that says add a few tablespoons to a warm bath &
ENJOY!
This would even be a great gift for teachers or neighbors.

My Favorite Things Friday Link Party ~ #7
Good morning to all of my beautiful friends. I cannot believe how fast this year is flying by!
Can you? I mean only 1 more month until my kiddies go back to school ~ craziness.
OK so I was a little busy this week when we found these little cuties beside our house
After feeding them with baby medicine syringes & kitten formula every 4 hours for 24 hours, I was pretty happy to see the Mama cat in the back yard.
Especially since my first born is allergic to cats,
although we would have kept them if we had to....they were pretty darn cute.
So she took them one by one....took her a while to come back to get the 3rd(the black one),
I thought she wasn't going to. But alas, after 5 hours she did & now the 3 kitten are back with their Mama.

In an attempt to help get the word out about independent businesses that have really great products,
offering my help resulted in etsy deactivating me. =(
Unfortunately an etsy shop owner took my genuine offer for help the wrong way & accused me as being a scam. She reported me & my account was deactivated just like that.
No warning, no notice, no 2nd chance.
Which really sucked because I truly didn't know I was doing anything wrong.
I didn't even hear a single word from them until a week after they deactivated my account.
With that being said, I am extending an open invitation for anyone
who wishes for me to hold a review & giveaway for their shop on my blog to contact me.
Then we can talk details.
I am very flexible, after all it is your shop.
I hold a new fabulous giveaway every Sunday & currently have openings for September on so I
would love to get you on the calendar!
My offer is honest & in good faith, you can check out my past reviews/giveaways.
I am great about keeping in touch with my giveaway sponsors, before, during, & after.
I even post upcoming giveaways on my sidebar until your giveaway is held.
So not only do you get advertising on my sidebar but also when I post the review/giveaway.
Also for anyone who has already agreed to me doing a giveaway for them,
if I have not contacted you, it's because I don't have any (non etsy) contact info for you.
PLEASE make sure I have your email address by emailing me as I do not have
access to my etsy messages.
Thank you for your understanding, and I look forward to working with you!
OK now for my review of Cutting Edge Stencils.
I don't typically split my review & giveaway into 2 separate posts but since they were so generous
over at Cutting Edge Stencils I decided to run the giveaway for 2 weeks.
I was able to try out the Romance Wall Pattern Kit
this kit consists of 3 stencils to customize it however you like
it includes:
Peony 11.5" across
Elm Leaf 15" tall
Baby's Breath 30" tall.
Peony 11.5" across
Elm Leaf 15" tall
Baby's Breath 30" tall.
Having 3 individual stencils allows you to space them close together
or further apart
So are you ready to see what I did with mine??
I started with a solid wall in a color I actually didn't like(it came with the house)
I used blue tape to hold the stencil to the wall as suggested.
You can check out all sorts of great tips from Cutting Edge Stencils here
I used a dense roller (it works better in keeping the paint from spreading)
Be sure to roll it on a paper towel before rolling it on the wall.
I just spaced the stencil by eye
(which is the great part about these stencils...you don't have to be a pro)
I used this stencil with 2 separate colors, a silverish-gray & then a dark brown
I let it dry 30 min before colors but you probably don't have to wait that long,
I just had diapers to change & kiddos to tuck into bed.
So then I used the leaf stencil with green.
I was pretty impressed already & I still had 1 more stencil to do.
I used a pink-tan color for the flower, and I just kinda placed it where it seemed right
(& where there was room)
This is how it turned out
Now I just need to put the hooks back up & there ya go,
a wall I actually like now =D
So if you want to transform somewhere in your house with one of these fun, awesome stencils too,
check out their website.
This was my first time ever stenciling and I really had such satisfaction when looking at the end result. I mean after each stencil I was more excited to see the next. If you have never stenciled or had a bad experience with one in the past, you should definitely try again!
Much love
~Iffy~
